  - Public entry point for ForskAI in R: forskai_info() returns the
    version, a one-line description, and links to the service and a
    worked example report.
  - Establishes the forskai name. The recoverability engine is not
    distributed here; the Design Pilot runs as a service at
    https://www.forskai.com.
